L’Olivera de Baix is a typical country house with two levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 40 meters) and a fireplace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One with a double bed and the other with two beds. Outside, in the outdoor courtyard, which is shared with the Olivera de Dalt, you will find the porch and barbecue, as well as garden furniture.

Welcome dinner
We leave you a loaf of bread, tomatoes to spread, oil and salt as well as cold cuts, cheese, a bottle of wine or sparkling wine and a box of Catànies. The price of this welcome dinner is €40.
Buy online with ulabox
If you don’t want to bring your groceries from home, we offer you the chance to buy them online so you can get everything ready when you arrive. You just have to make your purchase online at ulabox. Before you buy, let us know, so we can receive the products!

Additional information
- On your arrival, the house will be completely clean. If you want cleaning service during your stay, the cost is €12 per hour.
- There are bedsheets and towels in the house. If you want to change them during your stay, please check the prices.
- There is no salt, oil, detergent for laundry or dishwasher, personal care products or charcoal for the barbecue in the house.
- In wintertime, you will find firewood to light the fire.
- Pets are allowed depending on availability. Please check with us before your booking.
- Check with us if you are going to have occasional guests using the building or facilities. The cost is €10 per guest/day.
- Arrival/Departure: check-in will be at 14h, and departure at 12h. Late check out to 17:00 based on availability. If any modification needed, please check with us.
